Sookrams Brewing's Paparazzi Italian Pilsner - Crisp. Floral. Amoratic. Paparazzi Italian Pilsner is a pale and crisp beer with smooth bitterness from generous use of Noble hops. These hops help enhance the floral aroma from a dry hop addition. 5.0% ABVAppearance: Clean, clear and golden straw body. Decent amount of carbonation in the body, and the head has a decent amount of fluffy snow white head on top that leaves behind a light amount of lacing on the glass as it goes down.
Aroma: A tad sweet, bit citrusy, dry, decent amount of hops to give off a vibrant citrus and floral/leafy presence to it (tad bit of alfalfa), slightly bitter, slight notes of honey.
Taste: This is a crisp, sweet Pilsner that has a sweetness of honey and barley to start it off, followed by a hint of straw, a liberal amount of noble hops to give it a leafy/floral presence that, as stated before, has a bit of alfalfa vibe to it, a hint of lemon, and lastly has a slight caramel/floral aftertaste at the end. Fairly dry and crisp.
Overall Thoughts: The world needs more Italian Pilsners, that's all I have to say!
