Review: Blood Brothers Cunning of Hand 12 Hazy IPA (Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron)

Blood Brothers Cunning of Hand 12 Hazy IPAThe awesome bottle shop rep over at Toronto's Blood Brothers Brewing gave me an awesome selection of beers to take home - I gave him a suggestion of hotel beers and beers to surprise me - this is one of the "surprise!" beers he recommended - Cunning of Hand 12 Hazy IPA featuring Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron. 6.2% ABV

Appearance:
Your classic, every day Hazy IPA - thick and deep orange juice for the body and a very, very thick snow white hue on top of the beer. The head goes down gradually leaving behind a frothy layer here and there on the glass.

Aroma: Leafy! Floral! Moderately bitter! There's a Five Alive juice vibe in this beer - pineapple, a bit of peach, grapefruit, some creamy notes, moderate bitterness at the end.

Taste: Quite sweet-forward with it giving off a bit of sugariness at the beginning, but then I get notes of pineapple, peach, guava and lemon. It has a creamy, yet silky presence on the palate.

Overall Thoughts: Tasty, tropical IPA!
